Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must be federal or provincial civil servants (BS-11 to BS-18), including those from GB & AJK.
New candidates: Age between 25 and 45 years (as of the application deadline).
Repeat candidates: Age between 25 and 50 years (as of the deadline), must have previously served in Hajj duties.
Quota is reserved for all provinces and regions in accordance with government policy.
A Departmental NOC is necessary.

Additional Requirements:

Candidates must clear the Physical & Endurance Test (5 km jogging/brisk walking).
A minimum written test score of 40% is required.
Candidates must meet medical fitness standards (heart issues, diabetes, hypertension, etc. are disqualifying).
Employees who are disabled, handicapped, or under restricted duty are not eligible.

Expected Salary and Benefits:

Salary will be according to the pay scale (BS-11 to BS-18) and benefits in accordance with MoRA & IH and government regulations.
Free lodging, meals, transportation, and medical services during Hajj duties in KSA.
Specialized training and orientation will be provided.
A Certificate of appreciation will be issued by the Government of Pakistan upon successful completion of duties.
